6. I talk as a lay person, and of what I sense, observe, think and feel. Fortunately, I went to a school where from day one we were taught the importance of preserving water, food, and the importance of Nature, we would have nature study classes, and go for a walk in the woods to observe the insects, flowers, etc. over the varied seasons. Exercise, and sports were compulsory. Life in school was a miniature replica of the real world

9. In defense of NATURE, Man has to be defended against himself, since Man is his own greatest enemy. The enemy in not another country, but our own inner desires, our vanity. You will be surprised how much Defense R&D contributes to our wellbeing and safety in our day-to-day activities.
10. We aren’t the owners of this planet, but mere tenants who can be evicted without a moment’s notice. Though luckily, we have been served one in the form of a pandemic, which to my mind will not be the last one, and not the only form of eviction. Climate change is a far bigger and looming threat. We have to view this as an inevitably, and the only way we can try and avert the ensuing devastation of such on coming events is by planning and changing our lifestyle, economic systems and consumption patterns. Buying insurance so as to say in the event of such disasters. By and large one has observed that if you take an insurance, or plan for a downside in life, one averts the worst, if not being totally safe from unforeseen events in life.

    Solutions to a problem is generally right under our very nose staring us in the face, and it is a very simple answer which we can find / see as we complicate issues which clouds our thinking. Many a time the solution to a problem lies within the problem.
12. If torn jeans can be fashionable, why can’t old darned clothes be equally fashionable?
    If we can buy old effects of famous people, why can’t we wear well maintained old clothes with pride?
13. If we can buy preowned Mercedes Benz cars, why can’t we wear renewed old clothes, or clothes made from scrap clothing?
